UNPASTEURISED MORITZ
Fresh because they are unpasteurised, and you’ll say: “Unpast… what?” Well, pasteurisation is a process that allows food to be kept in perfect condition for a longer period of time, but fresh beers don’t need it because we serve them directly from the tanks of the Moritz Barcelona Brewery, keeping all their aroma and flavour intact, and that’s why you can only get them directly from our brewery or from the Moritz Store. And yes, obviously we also serve it very, very fresh.
