ABOUT OUR RESTAURANT

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
From Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

WHAT TIME DOES THE KITCHEN CLOSE?
Our kitchen is open from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM continuously every day.

IS THE RESTAURANT ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
Yes, of course. When making a reservation, you will find a field to indicate this, so we can offer you a more comfortable table.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
We do not have our own parking, but there is one right next to the restaurant.

I WANT TO BOOK A TABLE. WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?
We only take reservations for groups of 10 or more people with a fixed group menu. If your group has fewer than 10 people, you must come directly to the restaurant, and tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.

WE ARE MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE. CAN WE SHOW UP WITHOUT A PRIOR RESERVATION?
Of course! You can come directly to the restaurant, and a table will be assigned based on availability. Please note that you may have to wait a few minutes depending on how busy the restaurant is.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Yes! Our restaurants are dog-friendly.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

WE ARE MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE. HOW CAN WE MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can make your reservation through the form on this website, providing all the necessary details.

CAN WE ORDER FROM THE A LA CARTE MENU?
Yes, you can order from the à la carte menu, but in this case, we do not take reservations. You must come directly to the restaurant, and a table will be assigned based on availability.

HOW LONG DOES A GROUP MENU SERVICE LAST?
The approximate duration of a group menu is 2 hours, depending on the pace of the diners and how busy the restaurant is.

DOES THE ENTIRE GROUP HAVE TO CHOOSE THE SAME MENU?
Yes, the same menu must be chosen for all diners, as it is designed to be shared.

CAN WE RESERVE A TABLE ON THE TERRACE?
No, we do not take reservations for the terrace, only for indoor seating.

WE WANT WINE WITH OUR GROUP MENU. HOW CAN WE INCLUDE IT?
We offer a wine supplement (€4.00 per person), which includes unlimited white and red wine from the start of the meal until just before dessert. This supplement must be added for the entire group (you will see a checkbox for this). If not everyone in the group wants wine, you can order a bottle or wine by the glass separately.

I HAVE ALLERGIES, CELIAC DISEASE, INTOLERANCES, OR FOLLOW A VEGETARIAN/VEGAN DIET. ARE THERE ALTERNATIVES?
When making your reservation, you will find a field where you can inform us of any special dietary requirements. We will do our best to accommodate them and adapt the menu to your needs. Our menu includes options suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those with food intolerances.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE FOR MY RESERVATION?
Punctuality is essential for the smooth operation of the restaurant. Reservation times are scheduled to ensure optimal service. The grace period for late arrivals is 15 minutes. After that time, we will assume you have forfeited your reservation.

WE HAVE A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIAL DETAILS?
For food safety reasons, bringing an outside cake is not allowed. However, if you bring candles, we can place them on the dessert without any problem.

DO CHILDREN HAVE TO ORDER FROM THE GROUP MENU?
No, children are not required to order the group menu; they can order à la carte. However, please note that the reservation must be for a minimum of 10 group menus, so if children are not having the menu, there must be at least 10 adults ordering it.

DO YOU HAVE A CHILDREN’S MENU?
Yes, we offer a children’s menu. When making your reservation, you will find a field to indicate how many children will be ordering from the children’s menu.

WE ARE A GROUP OF MORE THAN 40 PEOPLE. CAN WE BOOK A TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT?
No, in this case, you will need to rent one of our private rooms. To do so, please contact us at events@moritz.com. Keep in mind that the menus for private rooms differ slightly from those in the restaurant, as the service is exclusive to your group.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When making a reservation, a credit card guarantee will be required, but no charge will be made at that moment.

For any changes or modifications to your reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance via fabricamoritz@moritz.com.

If you do not show up without prior notice, a charge of €100.00 will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
