ABOUT OUR RESTAURANT

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS TO THE PUBLIC?
Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 01:00h.

AT WHAT TIME DOES THE KITCHEN CLOSE?
Our kitchen is open from 12:00 to 00:00h uninterruptedly every day.

IS THE RESTAURANT EQUIPPED FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
Yes, of course. In the reservation form you will find a field to indicate it, so that we can offer you a more comfortable table.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
We do not have our own parking, but right next to the restaurant there is one.

I WANT TO BOOK A TABLE, WHAT ARE YOUR CONDITIONS?
We only make reservations for groups of 10 people or more and with a closed menu. If you are less than 10 people you must come directly to the restaurant and we will assign you a table in order of arrival, subject to the current availability.

WE ARE MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE, CAN I COME WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS RESERVATION?
Of course, you can come to our restaurant and we will assign you a table in order of arrival, subject to the current availability. Take in consideration that you may have to wait a few minutes depending on how busy the restaurant is at the moment.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED INTO YOUR RESTAURANT?
Yes! In our restaurants we are dog friendly.

WE ARE MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE; HOW CAN I BOOK A TABLE?
You can make your reservation through the form on this website detailing all the necessary data.

CAN WE ORDER “A LA CARTE”?
Yes, but in this case, we don’t take reservations. If you want to order “a la carte” you have to come directly to our restaurant and we will assign you a table in order of arrival, subject to the current availability.

HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE FOR A GROUP MENU LAST?
The approximate duration of the service is 2 hours, depending on the pace of the guests and how busy the restaurant is.

DOES THE WHOLE GROUP HAVE TO ORDER THE SAME MENU?
Yes, it has to be ordered the same menu for all the guests as it is meant to be shared.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK A TABLE ON THE TERRACE (OUTSIDE)?
No, we do not make reservations on the terrace.

WE WANT TO ADD WINE TO OUR GROUP MENU; HOW CAN WE INCLUDE IT?
We offer a wine supplement (€3.50 per person) which includes unlimited red and white wine from the time the menu is served until just before dessert. This supplement must be included for the entire group. In case that not all guests would like wine, a bottle or wine glasses can be ordered on the spot.

I AM VEGAN / VEGETARIAN OR I HAVE AN ALLERGY (GLUTEN, LACTOSE…), ARE THERE ALTENATIVES FOR ME?
You will find a box at the time of booking where you can inform us of people with special diets, we will try as far as possible to adapt the menu to your needs. In our menu we have dishes suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and intolerances.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE ON THE RESERVATION DAY?
Punctuality is very important for the smooth running of the restaurant. The schedules of each reservation are adjusted to the operation of the dining room and the kitchen in order to provide an optimal service. The tolerance period stipulated for delays in reservations is 15 minutes. After this time, we will understand that you have cancelled your reservation.

WE ARE CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY; DO YOU OFFER SOMETHING SPECIAL?
For food safety reasons in our establishment, it is not allowed to bring a cake to our restaurant, but if you bring candles, we can put them in the dessert without any problem.

DO THE CHILDREN HAVE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE GROUP MENU?
No, children are not required to order from the menu, they can order something “a la carte”. However, please note that the reservation must be made for a minimum of 10 menus, therefore, if the children do not eat from the menu, there must be a minimum of 10 adults.

IS THERE A CHILDREN’S MENU?
We do not have a children’s menu, but we do offer alternatives for children that can be ordered “a la carte”, such as our macaroni au gratin, croquettes or potato omelette.

WE ARE A GROUP OF MORE THAN 40 PEOPLE; CAN WE MAKE A RESERVATION AT THE RESTAURANT?
No, in this case you will have to rent one of our private rooms. To do so, please contact events@moritz.com. Please note that the menus of the private rooms vary slightly from those of the restaurant because the service is exclusive for you.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

At the time of booking, €50 per table will be charged to the credit card provided. Once you arrive at the restaurant, the amount will be deducted from the final ticket and the rest will be paid on site.

For any change or modification of the reservation, you must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

If you do not come without notification, or fewer people than confirmed in the reservation, the deposit previously charged will not be refunded.
