BOOKING POLICY

BOOKING OUR RESTAURANT
To make the pre-booking, the user must provide all the information requested in search of the day and time he wants to go to the establishment, number of guests and contact person. Likewise, you must provide a credit/debit card number as a guarantee of the reservation. The transfer of data from your card will be carried out through the secure payment platform The Fork. Once the reservation has been requested, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provided in the reservation form. In case you do not receive it, contact the establishment or with fabricamoritz.moritz.com. No reservation that has not been duly confirmed will be accepted.
CANCELLATION
The customer can cancel or modify his reservation at any time by contacting directly with the Restaurant, provided that the cancellation and / or modification is made with a 24-hour notice. If the customer does not show up without warning in advance (24 hours), he will be charged .100.00. The tolerance margin stipulated for delays in bookings is 15 minutes. After that time, we will understand that you renounce your reservation. In the event that the customer agrees to the establishment with more comments than indicated in his reservation, the
restaurant does not undertake to attend his reservation.
