BOOKING POLICY
The use of these services will imply the full acceptance of this Booking Policy and the Privacy Policy of GRUPO AGORA.
BOOKING OUR RESTAURANT
To make the pre-booking, the user must provide all the information requested in search of the day and time he wants to go to the establishment, number of guests and contact person. Likewise, you must provide a credit/debit card number as a guarantee of the reservation. The transfer of data from your card will be carried out through the secure payment platform The Fork. Once the reservation has been requested, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provided in the reservation form. In case you do not receive it, contact the establishment or with fabricamoritz.moritz.com. No reservation that has not been duly confirmed will be accepted.
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
Customers may cancel or modify their reservation at any time by contacting the restaurant directly, provided that the cancellation and/or modification is made at least 24 hours in advance. If the restaurant is not notified at least 24 hours in advance of a reduction in the number of guests, the full cost of the reserved meals will be charged. If the customer fails to show up without prior notice (24 hours), they will be charged €100.00. The grace period for late arrivals is 15 minutes. After that time, we will consider the reservation canceled. If the customer arrives at the restaurant with more guests than indicated in their
reservation, the restaurant is not obligated to honor the reservation.
